Is it cloud-based?
Yes. ApexPitCore is a fully cloud-based SaaS platform. No hardware to install, no local servers to maintain. Access it from any browser on any device.
Does it support multiple locations?
Yes — multi-location support is a core architectural feature, not an add-on. We support independent locations, shop groups, and franchise networks with role-based access at every level.
Can customers approve estimates online?
Yes. Customers receive a professional digital estimate via SMS or email and can approve or decline line items individually from any device without needing an account.
How does technician management work?
Technicians have role-based access, a time clock with approval workflow, job assignment through the workboard, and individual performance analytics tracked automatically.
Is mobile support available?
The platform is responsive and works on tablets and mobile browsers. Native mobile apps for technician workflows are on the roadmap as a future release.
Can I migrate from my current system?
We support CSV-based customer and vehicle data import. Full migration assistance is included in Professional and Franchise plans. Our team will help you transition without disrupting operations.
What integrations are available?
Current and planned integrations include QuickBooks Online, Stripe payments, SMS providers, and calendar sync. Additional integrations are on the roadmap based on customer demand.
