Program Description
ApexPitCore enables auto repair shops to send SMS messages to their customers for service-related purposes. These messages are sent by or on behalf of the individual shop, not directly by ApexPitCore.
Types of Messages
Transactional messages include appointment reminders, repair status updates, estimate approval requests, invoice notifications, and other communications directly related to a vehicle service in progress. Transactional messages may be sent without prior express written consent where allowed by applicable law.
Marketing messages include promotional offers, service specials, and other commercial communications not directly related to an active service. Marketing messages are only sent to customers who have provided prior express written consent and are identified in our records as opted in.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies by shop and is based on your service activity. Shops are expected to use SMS messaging responsibly and in proportion to customer needs. You may receive more messages when you have active repair orders or pending approvals.
How to Opt Out
Reply STOP to any SMS message to immediately opt out of all messages from that shop. You will receive one confirmation message acknowledging your opt-out. No further messages will be sent.
Other accepted opt-out keywords: STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT.
To re-subscribe, reply START or UNSTOP to the same number.
How to Get Help
Reply HELP to any message to receive contact information for the shop. You can also contact the shop directly or reach ApexPitCore support at support@[yourdomain].com.

Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details on your messaging plan. ApexPitCore is not responsible for carrier charges.
Carrier Disclaimer
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of SMS messages is subject to carrier availability and network conditions.
Privacy
We collect and store SMS consent records including your phone number, opt-in/opt-out status, and the timestamp and source of each consent event. This information is used only to manage communication preferences. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
